Registering for Online Banking

You can use Sun Trust Group Online Banking to service your Sun Trust Group Savings account and Sun Trust Group Credit Card. To use Sun Trust Group 's Online Banking service, you only need to register once with one of your accounts. To register, please enter:

• Your Savings account sort code and account number or your Credit card number - you'll find these on the welcome letter we sent you after you opened your account.
• Some personal details, including your address.
• An online username of your choice - choose something memorable or write it down as you'll need it when you activate your account and every time you log in.

What happens next?

You’ll receive a letter from us with your access code. Use your username and access code to activate your online account.

   
How do I activate my Sun Trust Group Online Banking account?

To activate your Sun Trust Group Online Banking account you will need the following information:

• Your username (you chose this during the application process and it was verified in the confirmation email we sent you).
• Your access code (you'll find this on your welcome letter).

   
Then follow these two simple steps:

• You'll then be asked to set a password and to provide answers to security questions.
• Lastly, click on 'next' to complete the process and activate the online service.

   
What happens next?

Once you’ve activated the service, you’ll need to enter your username and password every time you log in.
